Kingdom Worker Ministries (KWM) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and as a result of this designation, we are required to make certain information and/or documents, with some exceptions, readily available for in-person public inspection to the general public. There are several options available to organizations that will satisfy this requirement. We have chosen to make this information and those documents, available here on our website. You can find all applicable IRS and State Documents as well as our Governance Documents on our Board Of Directors page.
KWM have made available all applicable financial documents. Our organization is not required to disclose the names or addresses of our contributors. In addition, the Form 990-T is not subject to these disclosure requirements.
IRS Form 990
Note: We currently file a Form 990-N (e-Postcard) electronically because most small organizations that receive less than $50,000 can file this form. The IRS provides a Tax Exempt Organization Search Tool, where you can check an organization's eligibility to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions (Pub 78 Data). You can also search for information about an organization's tax-exempt status and filings such as Form 990-N (e-Postcard), Pub. 78 Data (showing organizations eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions and the deductibility of your contributions), Automatic Revocation of Exemption List, and Determination Letters (a letter issued by the IRS if an organization meets the requirements for tax-exempt status under the Code section the organization applied).
