In this life, to be successful, there is one thing that you need. You need God. And while you may disagree with this statement, here is something that you really should consider before you close your mind to what we are saying and dismiss it. There is a thing that is known in the secular world called a “Vision Board” or a “Dream List.” A “vision board” is defined simply as “a tool many use to help clarify, concentrate and maintain their focus on specific life goals, by using images and words that represent whatever the person may want to be, may what to do, or may what to have in life.” The “vision board” is any kind of board that represents a person’s wishes, desires, and/or goals and is intended to serve as inspiration or motivation for that person.
A simple principle of success is that you have to write down your vision, you have to write down what you want, and you have to write down what you desire. Scripture tells it this way, “And then God answered: “Write this. Write what you see. Write it out in big block letters so that it can be read on the run. This vision-message is a witness pointing to what’s coming. It aches for the coming—it can hardly wait! And it doesn’t lie. If it seems slow in coming, wait. It’s on its way. It will come right on time” (Habakkuk 2:2-3 MSG).
If you don’t write these things down, then you complicate the process to getting the things that you have a vision for, that you want, and/or that you desire. No matter what you want, no matter what you desire, be it big or be it small, to be successful you must write this information down. Be clear. Whatever it is, write it down. Write down all of your visions, write down all of your wants, write down all of your desires on this vision board. If you don’t write these things down, then you complicate the process to getting these things. If you don’t write these things, chances of them happening are slim to none. And after you write them down, then get ready to go to work. Yes, you have to work for it.
So, here is our “Vision Board.”

Create and fully staff a ministry department that will raise up disciples to found churches and missions all across the globe; to influence their communities; and to help them find and fulfill their callings.
Create and fully staff an outreach ministry that will be a blessing to the fatherless, the widow, and the stranger whenever needed as directed by the Holy Spirit.
Create and fully staff an outreach ministry that will help feed hungry people on a regular basis as directed by the Holy Spirit.
Create and fully staff an outreach ministry that will meet people’s needs, whatever they be, in some extraordinary ways as directed by the Holy Spirit.
Create and fully staff a Social Media Department that will manage all of the social media platforms of the ministry.
Create and fully staff a Publishing Department that will oversee the publication and publishing needs of the ministry.
Fully staff all positions needed to oversee the day-to-day operational needs of the ministry.
Create and fully staff a ministry department that disciple pastors and leaders on every continent, that sows into their communities and feeds them both physically and spiritually.
To provide medical assistance to those in remote areas as directed by the Holy Spirit.
Create an outreach ministry that will provide medical assistance to those in need in remote and/or disaster areas as directed by the Holy Spirit.
Create and fully staff an outreach ministry that will provide books, study guides, teachings, and other materials free of charge to those who have need of such materials.
Create and fully staff a Call Center for Prayer, Consultation, and Encouragement that will minister to those in need who call into our ministry.
Create and fully staff a Production Department that will oversee all TV, Radio, Podcast, and like media productions for the ministry.
Create and fully staff HELPS Ministry Department that will help in meeting the “special” needs of the ministry.
Find and purchase property that will eventually be the home for the ministry.
If required, file application and other related documents to apply for state tax exemption and to be recognized as a registered tax exempt Commonwealth of VA nonprofit corporation.
✅ Find a building to house the ministry as we transition to a traditional brick-and-mortar style of ministry.
✅ Check with local government offices to ensure that our non-profit corporation complies with all local laws and ordinances.
✅ Apply for a business bank checking account and a business credit card account.
✅ File State Application, Articles Of Incorporation, By-Laws, and other related documents necessary to form a Non-stock Corporation with the VA State Corporation Commission.
✅ Create Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and other related documents necessary to apply for a Non-stock Certificate of Incorporation with the VA State Corporation Commission.
✅ Launch the process to expand KWM's outreach to include the traditional brick-and-mortar style of ministry.
✅ Create a name that would underscore the vision and mission of this ministry.
✅ As directed by God, create the vision for the ministry, based on the belief that we must first establish and make sure our foundation is solid and the biblical information we have is solid as well and without spot so that our spiritual eyes are opened as we learn to examine the word of God in a different light.
✅ Complete God’s directive to establish the groundwork and foundation for a ministry that would encourage those who have an ear to hear to think outside of the box of traditional religious guidelines and to be a place where they could be free to fully explore the things of God without restriction and without fear of being condemned or ostracized.
✅ File IRS Form 1023 and other related documents to apply for federal income tax exemptions and to be recognized as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.
✅ File for a Federal Employee Identification Number (EIN).
✅ Created a Board of Directors for the ministry. Hold our first meeting to elect officers, approve and sign paperwork necessary to start a business entity/corporation.
✅ Launch the process to establish the ministry as a registered business entity/corporation in the Commonwealth of VA.
✅ Establish the existence of the ministry over the internet with a web page and through the various social media platforms.
✅ As directed by God, create and establish a plan to accomplish the mission of this ministry so that all who have an ear to hear will acquire a deeper understanding of the things of God by looking outside of the matrix of traditionalism so they no longer lead to blind acceptance, traditional obedience, and a self-centered belief system.
✅ Complete God’s directive to establish a ministry that would teach others to question all things as they pertain to God in an effort to gain wisdom, understanding, and revelation knowledge of who God really is, not to convert anyone to a certain religion or religious belief, but to help in their relationship with God.
